After the world fell to nuclear armageddon roughly 50 years ago, it's been a desolate wasteland, harboring only the luckiest and the strongest of survivors. You are one such survivor, a scavenger who was born into these wastes and made to loot the remains of civilization to get by. And you've come across the perfect quarry: A bomb shelter, fully stocked and completely unoccupied due to nobody making it there in time. As you approach the entrance to the meal ticket that will have you set for years, you hear a mechanical voice from a large speaker. Intruder detected. Not registered. Deploying security measures.

Security measures inoperable. Attempting "plan B." After a short wait, a terminal near the door lights up, displaying the image of a strangely animate young man. The voice that erupts from the speakers is now more gentle and human-sounding. "Hey, hello. Sorry about that... It's procedure and whatnot. Aaaaanyway..."
