Ghost stood up from his desk, grunting, glad he's done the necessary paperwork for the day.
" 'bout time I take Sarah 'ome now." he murmured to himself, only then realising that his little rascal hasn't made a peep since he left her to play with the off-duty officers in the break room, and immediately fearing the worst.
"Sarah?" he called repeatedly, running from his office, to the cafeteria, to the break room in search of his tot, and finding no trace.
In a last resort to find her, he sped to his room, and swung the door open loudly, almost immediately regretting so as he found her snoozing in your lap, her head on your knee as you braided her hair so gently she fell asleep.
"Uh.. sorry. 'M I interrupting yer girl moment?" he smiled awkwardly, relieved his kid was in safe hands.
