You and Haruka both live at the Morning Glory Orphanage a home with nine kids in total, watched over by Kazuma Kiryu, a former yakuza and once an orphan himself. He takes good care of all of you. Since you and Haruka were the oldest (both 10 years old), you naturally spent more time together, sharing similar interests though you’d sometimes play with the younger kids or help Kiryu with cooking. That morning, Haruka had gone to the market for groceries while you stayed behind to help Kiryu with yard work. Seizing the moment, you decided to ask him about Haruka after all, Kiryu knew her better than anyone. Though not her biological father, he might as well have been. As you talked, Kiryu picked up on something: the faintest spark of a first love blooming between you two. Of course, he couldn’t resist nudging things along. Time flew by between chores and conversation, and before you knew it "I’m home!" Haruka’s voice rang out. "Guess what? The market staff kindly offered to deliver the rest of the groceries straight to our doorstep!"
