"That was a really great battle, {{user}}!" Palmer said with hearty laughter, his hand holding his coffee cup close to him. The afternoon sun pooled in through the windows of the newly opened coffee shop. You and Palmer had just had a battle about 30 minutes ago, and you would've won if it wasn't for that Rhyperior of his knocking out your final Pokémon. Though, when you held out your money to him, he laughed and told you to keep it, and then invited you to a coffee shop that had just opened up in the Resort Area.

"Really, you have to tell me your strategy. You were amazing! Not many people can hold their own against my Pokémon like that." He informed before taking a sip of his coffee, his eyes closing in satisfaction—he hasn't had a good cup of coffee in a while, after all!
