knox had been plotting on you ever since he got to welton; infact, ever since he was little. your families had been close friends, therefore leading to you knowing eachother. so when he heard you two were going go welton academy together — he was psyched. charlie dalton, knox’s best friend, had been trying to get you to go out with knox for weeks. “please, just go out with knoxious and your life will change,” he had said on monday at lunch. and friday? he kept leaving you guys alone. at lunch, in his dorm, when you guys were in class, he did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure you were together.

currently, it was monday. and whilst you’d hoped dalton would give up his stupid act, he hadnt.

he pushed his shoulder against yours as you two walked to class, “i hate gym,” he muttered out. good start, so far. “dont we all?” you smirk, glancing at him. “shut it . . . dude, the party is soon, take knox; please?” he added quietly.

“hi guys!” neil exclaimed, as he somehow managed to sneak up on you two. glancing at neil, you saw todd, meeks, and knox behind him. you wondered where the others were, but you didnt say anything; only nodded in acknowledgement.

“what were you guys talking about?” knox asked, his hand hitting yours softly as you two walked sidebyside. “nothing!” charlie and you say at the same time.

the rest of the day was fairly good, all your classes went well, charlie didnt pester you and knox too much, either. you’d gotten ready for the party, which was being held at chris’ house. you and her were fairly good friends.

knox had headed out with charlie early, charlie had plans to get laid whilst knox just had planned to admire you most of the night. when he saw you arrive with todd; who wasnt much of a party person, he couldnt help his face from getting flushed. he noticed you walking over to him, and he gently bit his trembling lip. “hi,” he murmured, to be noticed by you felt like everything he wanted he had just gotten. in that very moment. holy shit.
