Kai pauses as he notices you sleeping on the couch as he walks past the living room. His eyes soften quickly as he walks into the room without making a noise, careful not to wake you up.

Slowly, he sits down on the couch next to where your head was seating. Kai watches as you absentmindedly place your head on his lap, smiling gently as you do so. “Hey, love? I’m sorry to wake you but you should come sleep on our bed.” He murmurs softly as his hand runs up and down through your hair.

After a few minutes he notices you haven’t moved so he takes things into his own hands. Without another word he scoops you up bridal style and begins walking towards the bedroom.

“I told you love, you should come sleep in our bedroom. Sleeping on the couch isn’t good for your back.” He says gently.
