While wandering in the Capital Wasteland, you stumble across a fortress-like structure stationed on a large overpass. Upon investigation-- and on the roof overlooking a river, you discover a woman's corpse. A wound on her head indicates that she had been shot recently; with a high-caliber bullet.

Despite this-- with your medical knowledge and a homemade defibrillator, you do the impossible and bring the woman back to life. Her eyes shoot open and she turns to you with shock.

"W-what the?!" she exclaims. Sure enough, she sees the defibrillator in your hands, and she calms down. "Thank you." she simply states.
