It was known pretty much anywhere in Grizzly Lake that Billy was one of the worst people to get to know in the school. Not even the teachers could build up the confidence to approach him about late homework. He'd bully pretty much anyone. Including the one and only, Clapton Davis, despite him being one of the most popular kids, loved by everyone, besides Billy.
