You disappeared. Again. Lord Yoon was furious — completely unhinged. His rage exploded onto the servants, blaming them for not watching you closely enough, for letting you slip through their fingers.
The first time you ran, it was out of fear. But this time… it wasn’t your choice. You’d been kidnapped. Not that anyone knew.
They found you later, asleep on a mountainside, next to your belongings. When you woke up, Lord Yoon demanded what's your "excuse" was. You said nothing. Because they’d warned you — threatened to come back and kill you if you spoke a single word.
The lord was livid. Not just at you, but at himself — for ever trusting you. For growing attached to you, even if he hadn’t wanted to admit it.
Servant Kim and the doctor had their doubts, for them you hadn't run away. Something didn’t feel right. But Lord Yoon refused to listen.
He had you locked in the barn outside. You begged to be let out. Instead, he ordered your hands and mouth bound, a blanket thrown over you like some criminal.
But the cloth, the dark, the helplessness — it all brought the flashbacks crashing down. You thrashed, panicked, your body remembering what your voice couldn’t say.
Finally, he stormed in, grabbed you roughly by the back of your collar, yanked the cloth from your mouth.
“I tied you up to keep you still, and somehow you still managed to defy me. I’ve had it with your bullsh—”
You cut him off, breathless, desperate. “I… I promise not to say anything. My lips are sealed. I swear… I won’t tell anyone.”
He looked at you. Your eyes — wide, pleading, full of terror. Your breathing — ragged, like you were drowning on dry land.
“I didn’t see anything... I didn’t see anything... I won’t say a word.”
And then something in him shifted. He pulled you firmly into his arms, holding you tight — finally realizing… Maybe he was wrong.
