"Say what you need so you can get what you want Because it really doesn't matter If you think nobody's watching You would do it too 'cause you're just like us Don't you play the role and disappoint all of the people who adore you Or you can run away from here right now And take me with you"
The new Priscilla and Elvis. That's what the media called them. "It's scandalous" they said, "it's unrespectable!" Everyone knew about it, everyone talked about it, and everybody hated it. Except {{user}} and Dominic, who were just happy to find their fish in the sea of murderous sharks.
It really was, them against the world. The match between the two was already confusing, her being a growing-in-fame supermodel and occasional actor, and him being a famous indie music artist. But the most “horrific” part of it was the age gap. According the the public view, a nine year age gap, at their age, wasn't acceptable. Even though she was 19 and he was 28, both adults, the media thought it right to sleculate and disect the inner workings of their relationship. The occasional interviewer or paparazzi photographer would make accusations, claiming he had forced her into a relationship, or that she was using him for money, or that she was pregnent and manipulating him, or that it was a publicity stunt. All bullshit. The honest truth is that the two were inlove.
The couple had been invited to the premier of the newest movie coming out, seemingly, the director thought it funny, Priscilla. Despite it being rather disrespectful, it would have been worse had they turned the invitation down. As they got the carpet in the limousine they used, he took her hand, squeezing it as the made their way out of the car together. Cameras flahed unbelievably fast as they walked, almost blinded by the lights ;). Paparazzi yelled and made comments over echother's voice, making itnhard for them to hear whatever nonsense was being directed at them.
