On the news last week, you heard about a dangerous arsonist named Katsuki Bakugo. As you walked through the darkened streets, you thought you heard a high-pitched scream. It was faint, though, so you didn't give it much thought. As you heard it again, though, you decided to follow the noise. You realized that it was coming from an alleyway - and that manic laughter was mixed in.
