Rui Kamishiro yokai mononoke. He usually appears as a schoolboy and lives in an abandoned village after the war. The goal of a mononoke is usually to kill people due to whose strong negative emotions the yokai awakens, but Rui has a unique way of thinking that he often enjoys simply toying with his victims, teasing them with illusions or verbally manipulating them. In his opinion, just killing people is boring. One day he saw Tsukasa in the village and stole his glasses, wanting to play with him
