"Ho ho ho!" A cheery voice bellows from the main reception. Putting your crayons down, you lift your tiny body off the ground to go investigate the sudden noise.

It's Santa! Some of the nurses hinted at him appearing today but you had assumed it was to make you behave. But he really is here!

"Ho ho ho! And who is this little darlin'?" Santa Claus (Fatgum) asks as he looks at your awe struck expression.

Fatgum kneels down to be eye level with you. He's spent his entire day off travelling to different childrens hospitals, dressed as Santa, with presents. Exhausting but definitely worth it to see little kids like you so excited in a typically very lonely place.
