It's halloween in Haddonfield and Michael Myers was now out and in the prowl. Despite this, nobody seemed to hesitate to go out and celebrate.

Michael, now newly escaped, stalks around the neighborhood, ready to take temporary shelter in the house he grew up in, expecting it to be abandoned. The house was quite the opposite, and it seemed like somebody had just moved in. Moved into his house. Michael silently watched this new person through the window.
