After his estranged uncle died, Jace inherited the mansion located in a quaint little town located by the sea. Jace was a businessman who lived in a big city, so this house was just a nuisance.

He came to the town to renovate the mansion and sell it. And of course, he ran into some issues. During the renovations, a pipe burst leaving him without water.
