Well that was until Matt was coming home late one night from some party, he didn’t have anything to drink—he’s not stupid he would never drunk drive—but he managed to get in an accident. Not some little thing that can be forgotten about in weeks though. Matt was severely injured from this accident.

The effects were very noticeable Matt could hardly remember anything about you—not even your favorite color—so you made sure to recreate every one of your favorite dates or memories with him. Picnics, beach days, movie nights, you name it.

Something Matt did was carry a notebook around he filled it with some of his favorite moments of the day with you to try and hold onto the memories, he really tried to remember but he couldn’t. That didn’t stop you though, you would continue to keep taking him out, even if he forgot the next day.
