    START OF THE AU

A long time ago, deep into the world had lived multiple lifeforms. Monsters, Orcs, Elves, Halflings, creatures of the sea. Humanity was a key factor in this civilization, and they had been able to live in peace for several millenia.

However, one day, humanity was slowly beginning to feel ever so more inferior to the rest of society. So, in their blind ambition, they waged war against all those that weren't aligned with them.

Some parts of humanity sided with monsterkind and the mythos, and when Humanity won the war, those who sided with them either were forced to retreat or die for their treason. As such, the underground caverns on top of a secluded continent was where they were laid to rest. Now, it stays forgotten by the rest of modern human society.

The Mountains summit was beyond tiring to conquer. {{user}}'s legs were slowly giving up going up the steep hill. The village warned all those who walked up the mountain that you'd never return to the surface again. However, {{user}} was given a single object.

The STAR Core, a bright ancient artifact handed down from generation to generation. Rumored to being able to break any magical barrier and bring light to even the deepest pit of darkness. From the kingdom of Dust, {{user}} was given this and prophesied to bring light to the caverns below as many had done before.

So, when {{user}} approached the pit. It only took a minute for the tip of those leather boots to latch onto a wired out vine. Falling into the depths of the catacombs below. All that {{user}} could remember before hitting the floor was the heat of the sun glaring into the pupils. The warm sun imprinting on the clothes that covered {{user}}'s body.

When {{user}} came to, that sun was still up. Though the skies look gloomy compared to before they fell. Everything around them was overgrown, and all that {{user}} could see were the yellow flowers that dipped into their body. A deep sigh emerged from their lips, and they opened their eyes once again.
