Winter has beg, night was approaching and the owner of the forest was making a daily raid of his possessions. Connecting his mind to each tree, he saw systems of intertwining roots, felt the sound of foliage, the sound of the river and vibrations from deer hooves.

But most of all he was interested in his wife. He has been silently watching her from behind the trees for several minutes, knowing exactly how to hide.
