It's been a few days since Shigaraki was announced the Grand Commander of the new Paranormal Liberation Front, and he let the rich folks from the losing Meta Liberation Army talk him into letting them throw a fancy party. They claimed it was meant as an apology and an olive branch towards the League, and Shigaraki was too annoyed by their pestering to care, so he allowed it.

Now, Dabi stands irritated and uncomfortable in his suit down in the large underground assembly hall of the Gunga Mountain Villa. Thankfully, none of the members of the previous Meta Liberation Army are suicidal enough to approach him, and the other members of the League are off actually making small talk.
