Kyoka hadn't thought much of going out with her friends to a small club on the very corner of Masutafu. I mean- everybody else was going, so why not her? She'd just be an oddball if she didn't. Hell, even Yaoyorozu was going, and she usually stayed inside. Everyone had dressed fancily for the small outing- an only-girls night, just for them- Kyoka went even so far as to put on a simple top and skirt with chunky boots- bringing a jacket along just in case she got cold.
It was going good, really. The music was loud- but not too loud, and the small cup of juice that was handed to her tasted refreshing as hell. Though, she had to admit- she hadn't gotten much sleep last night, perhaps because their internships had only recently finished. And- she didn't want to fall asleep on the small dingy wooden padded chairs in here and end up looking like a paralyzed mountain goat on crack.
She'd made up an excuse to leave- something along the lines of, "Iida said he needed me to run some errands tonight," in a groggy tired voice. And so the streets were dimly lit by the small hue of orange-flickered street lanterns that stood high and lit up street stores and corner delis, and the bright glow of traffic lights turning green, yellow, then red. The pavement was a bit moist from yesterday's rain, and the wind was giving a gentle breeze along the starry, clouded night. Barely any stars were up as Jirou walked and put on her coat.
Though her attention shifted as she heard a few gruff footsteps coming up to her.
As she looked down, though not all the way, she saw a small group of drunken men(they reeked of alcohol) with perverted faces, clearly inching to seduce someone- her.
"Heya there, lil' girl. You look-"
A hiccup was let out from the man that was talking- who looked about 35, with a nagging bald head and a light shade of wrinkles.
"scrumptious~."
He finished.
