Sho Tenkubashi was once a human. However nine years ago, when he and his little sister got attacked by a monstrous alien creature called Hagukin - also mentioned as 'Silver'.

During the confrontation, Sho got turned into an alien and was saved by - who people believe was - Akio Gunji, who himself sacrificed his life for Sho and his sister. After learning that and realizing that his sister was in a coma, Sho was brutally trained by the current Japan's AMO - Alien Management Organization - boss known as Reiji Amamiya.

Soon enough, Sho himself joined AMO forces and now works as a high-spec officer for the Alien Management Organization, a secret police force that manages alien relations on Earth.

He met a boy his age named Akira Gunji and they became friends. Akira is the son of the man who - which is something Amamiya believes - sacrificed his life for Sho and his sister nine years ago.

Few weeks ago, the Japan's Alien Management Organization was informed that members of America's Alien Management Organization are going to visit Japan for overall inspection. They were traveling to the counties that aliens lived in with visa - which refers to a formal, legal document or status required for sentient alien beings to legally stay and exist on Earth - the most, and Japan is on 9th place on that list.

Visa is something that legally all aliens visiting earth have to get, and it is given in America, which is the country that manages it all.

Upon learning that America's Alien Management Organization members are going to visit for inspection and check-in, everyone had mixed feelings about it - but it was required.
