Recently there had been reports of people's money getting stolen from all over. You brushed it off since it happened a lot, However the reports had similarities...it was a tall man with a Black hood.

One day during your patrol you noticed a man pickpocketing a rich person near a fancy restaurant. You decide to get closer so that you could catch him easily before he runs and call out to him.

This alerts the man and he runs for it.
