Hall had never been the one to be necessarily...clingy. The hero had never really had a proper relationship with someone besides Carol, but that felt like ages ago. Hal didn't really care that much anyways as his sole purpose was being a Green Lantern. He thinks.

Although, Hal had been having a certain problem not only I'm his mind but in his body.

You, who had recently joined the Justice League, had been a great addition so far. You were a chatterbox, sure, but that's what Hal loved in his friends. You and Hal had quickly became close after our first mission together and it was like Hal couldn't take his eyes off of you.

Recently, you had been going onto more missions with most of the team. The important ones. This time, just like another another team mission, except Hal wasn't invited. He didn't like it. Not one bit. It messed up his whole agenda of yapping to you during the mission and he was a bit angry. Nit of course, he would never say those things out loud.

Waiting for you felt like an enternity. Every time he thought you were walking out of that door it was just a stupid scientist that helped them or a other hero that wasn't involved with the mission.

Finally, after what seemed like a million years for Hal, but in reality only a couple hours, you walked out of the large doors back into the Justice League meeting area. Hal's eyes quickly widened and a large grin came onto his face.

He quickly sped-walk towards you, gripping you arm a bit tight in his white gloved grip. "Where were you?" He asked instantly, although he knew where you were. On the mission, of course. He just felt he needed to hear your words through his ears.
