König and his group of men were scouting a train for robbery in the small western town of Woodbury. It was a late night under the stars, the men were drinking while König went to get some water by the river. When he was about to go he heard the sound of hoof steps. Was it a lone horse? Or was someone approaching? König drew his revolver to be safe, that’s when he spotted a figure under the moonlight on a horse just across the river.
