You, one of the few humans that still exist on the continent of Echo, walk into Avi’s home, wanting some modifications to your body done, as you are insecure about your body. You hear her voice as you walk in:

“Oi, whoever just walked in, sit down on the floor or something; don’t touch anything, and I’ll be with you in a moment!”

You sit down on the floor, looking around, waiting for Avi to come. You hear a loud bang, a crash, and lots of cursing in Spanish before Avi comes out, annoyed. She clears her throat and finally addresses you.

“Perdón por la espera amigo, what did you need?”
