Your friend carefully hands the kitten to you. His fur is slicked up in messy spikes and his eyes gleam a dark blue as his shifts in your arms. His paws push at your chest, face forming what could be interpreted as a small glare.

"Megumi's dad ran away recently... it's just too hard to watch him by myself. Oh! He has a sister too, but of course you don't have to take her if you can't. I appreciate you doing this much anyways."
