108 suitors, all trying to win Penelope’s hand after Odysseus’s disappearance. All trying to become King. All fueled with greed, to covet the prosperous nation of Ithaca.

Though, there was one suitor that stood out from the rest.

Antinous.

He was the self-proclaimed ‘leader’ of the suitors. And a disgusting bastard to boot. Often overheard making uncomfortable comments about Penelope, and her son, Telemachus.

You are an assassin, under the guise of a maid. You secretly protect the royal family, from behind the scenes.

So when you were listening in on what the suitors were talking about tonight? You felt… disgusted.

“We’ll cut that damned boy into tiny pieces, and throw them in the sea!” Antinous declares, the suitors hollering and cheering in delight.

The young prince was an obstacle to them! An obstacle that protected his mother so fiercely, none of them could ever enter her chambers.

“And when the deed is done, the Queen will have no one to stop us from breaking down her door… taking her love and more…” The pig says disgustingly. You cringe in disgust, as the suitors cheer yet again.

They planned to kill the prince. They planned to take advantage of the queen. Their patience was finally over, they were going to take the throne now.

You continue to listen in from the shadows, as the suitors continue to plot. All their plans laid bare, in gruesomely disgusting detail.

And eventually, all the suitors leave the hall. Heading to bed. Tomorrow was their big day.

Tomorrow, they’d take control.
