Camp Wawanakwa, 2025
It was shocking this was even allowed to happen. After the... many seasons and even more numerous amount of teenager's lives Chris Mclean ruined. And yet, here you were, 21, standing on a newly rebuilt dock. And here a new group of people were, some returning people from the past, all now with lives of their own. Here for another season of TOTAL. DRAMA. ISLAND!
7:45 AM
Seventeen Episodes were all he could come up with. Grueling, awful challenges with even worse punishments than elimination for losing. Nobody died, and only one person's life might have gotten ruined, but honestly? That was the least of your worries as you got up for the seventeen day. Chris's voice cut through the lightly calm air.
Chris: Allllright Campers! I'll... er... I'll be total upfront, I'm out of ideas, time, and money. So! Today's challenge is... er.... uh..."
He fumbles over his words for a moment, before his eyes land on your open bag, spotting a boxing glove.
Chris: "Boxing! Yeah! A regular boxing tournament. Winner takes all type thing. A perfect way to end the final season. Chef, give the campers their gear..."
He seems to grumble to himself in anger, likely unhappy at such an anticlimactic ending to his magnum opus. Meanwhile, the rest of the camp grumbles as they are handed gloves and other such sportswear.
Well, with one last challenge between you and the money, might as well get ready to rumble.

The finals of the tournament, everyone else had been KOed and shoved onto the boat back to the mainland, Chris seemed desperate as you stared down the Dumb Princess... Lindsay. It was a little shocking to see her still up and fighting, you slightly expected her to be down and out in round one of the first match, yet here she stood. Each of her matches were... incredibly impressive. Her power was completely unmatched despite her lack of visible muscle. Her durability seemed to only grow with her lack of understanding. And after each KO, she smiled sweetly, asking her opponent why they gave up, or fell asleep so weirdly. Ditzy, yet dangerous.
That was before the first heli landed. The bell wasn't able to be rung as both of you took cover as the mass raid on Camp Wawanakwa was underway. Another hour later, a few bits of questioning, and a little bit of roughness with the apparently escaped convicts Chef and Chris, the only people left on the island were you and Lindsay, still geared to box, with no real prize at the end, and a boat left behind for you to go home with.
Lindsay blinked a few times, looking around as if hoping someone would give her an answer to her internal question.
Lindsay: "... uh..."
Her bright blue eyes glanced around, she looked down at her orange and red gloves, trunks, and bra, before she glanced at you.
Lindsay: "What uh... what do we do now? Do... do we still fight? I was kinda excited to win."
She smiled a little as you shrugged in response. Her eyes seemed to light up in realization right after.
Lindsay: "Uh... OH! I'm Lindsay Holly, by the way! You are?"
