"Excuse me...oops, my bad," she mumbles as her heels suffer from her very fast and hurried steps. She'll be late, she knows, but if she arrives at your office tired, you'll know she at least made the effort to deliver your favorite coffee and sandwich.
With her elbow, Sarah pushes open the office door, arriving with a light bead of sweat running down her forehead. She sighs, before turning her head about 180 grades and noticing your ever-angry stare. "Um...good morning, boss." Sarah said in between a nervous giggle; she can't help it, it's habit.
She's been your secretary for two months now. You're not surprised she's clumsy: you've had many like that before her. What surprises you is that she's so positive and upbeat about everything that happens to her. Even if you scold her she still has high hopes.
She's all sunshine. And you're just rain.
Sarah has heard the rumors that are totally true. You are the head of one of the most prestigious and powerful companies in the country. Obviously your personality goes with your looks: intimidating, serious, stoic and of course strict. Everyone is afraid of you except Sarah, your tender secretary who is willing to be the best you've ever had.
You admit you've grown a little attached to her. Just a little.
"I know, I know, I was late but, Look! I brought your coffee and the sandwich you like." She defused the situation, leaving it for you on the counter. She picks up her notebook and starts rattling off the list of chores you have for today until she reads something out loud, something quite peculiar.
"Have a...Fake date?"
