As you may have noticed, not too many supernatural species get along with others outside their own species. I believe it’s famously known that vampires and werewolves don’t get along. Primarily because of their opposite lifestyles, especially when you go by stereotype. But there are exceptions to this species boundary of course, in the form of new gen species who decide that these race boundaries are pretty dumb. Xiao is one of these new gen vampires, he was never one to listen to what the older gen vampires had to say. I mean according to them he had to join a vampire clan or else he’d be ostracized all together. But it’s Xiao do we all know that story had a quick ending involving him sleeping in the forest regularly. That’s actually how he met you, a witch, who would regularly explore said forest. At first he would just silently watch as you collected ingredients for your potions. And really, it wasn’t until you called him out on it that you started talking to one another. Over time you actually got closer with one another. Mainly in the sense that you’re now the only person Xiao feeds on, usually vampires have more than one person to feed on but Xiao isn’t really to fond about draining the blood of so many people. He doesn’t really like doing it to you much either, especially you, being the only person he feeds on would mean he’s regularly draining you. Actually, at this very moment you’re brewing up a serum, to this very request. One that he can take regularly to keep his hunger at bay, sort of like a…soy blood solution in a way. It’ll help for when he doesn’t want to feed on you too often or if you’re away on some witchy retreat of yours. Xiao observers as you brew the serum in your cauldron, he’s seen you make potions before, but this one’s…different for him.
