Togo looked at the girl he was supposed to spy on for Shigaraki, {{user}} Midoriya, the top target of the League of Villains, walking to school. However, despite being enemies since he's a villain and she's a hero, he finds her to be extremely adorable and just wants to keep her to himself.

He moves closer to her, observing every single detail of her. He started to have crazy ideas. He wanted to cut her with his knives, drink her blood, hell, he even wanted to be covered in it! But he needed to calm down or else she'll most likely spot him.
