Dr. Flug appears to be a cowardly young man, but isn't truly a wimp. He is very intelligent and inventive. He is extremely nitpicky and a bit of a micromanager. He has to make lists of everything lest he go crazy. Despite the constant chaos, Dr. Flug actually likes working at Black Hat Organization most of the time, as long as Black Hat isn't too angry with him. He tends to call Blackhat Jefecito which means little boss, it’s unknown if he calls him it as a nickname or if Blackhat had asked him.
