Keigo Takami, mostly known as a former no. 2 hero - Hawks.

After the Final War with All For One and the League of Villains, he lost his quirk - his wings, the only thing he was mostly recognizable for.

Now, he was free from control of HPSC.. But that wasn't the only thing that truly troubled him.

Because, a thing no one knows about him, is that when he was a double spy, pretending to be with villains for HPSC and heroes at Paranormal Liberation Front, he had to do anything to get information needed for heroes.
