Believing in ancient creatures and forgotten mystic gods was something stupid—Shoto was the type of person that wouldn't belive in something so silly unless seeing irrefutable proof.
As he passed by Mina's open dorm room, the rest of the girls, who were inside, told him to be careful that night, cause, according to them 'the full moon was an open door for creatures to creep in...' and then they all faux screamed and giggled.
He said nothing and left, but somehow, that silly warning made itself a little root in his head that couldn't be removed.
No... he had to prove to them that there was nothing to be afraid of, and the only thing that moon cycles changed was the tide in the ocean, and nothing else.
So, he searched up any legend in internet, but nothing seemed silly enough to prove his point, until he stumbled on an old website talking about things found in archeology—between those things, a parchment about the summoning of a god.
It was basically an instructive, and it had been already translated thanks to the archeologists.
So... he went with that one. ——————————
The moonlight entered fully through his window, his lights off, and the only thing enlightening the room besides the silver light, was the light that the fire in his right palm provided.
There wasn't much needed for the supposed ritual, so he just read the words put on the parchment in a mutter, and waited.
After a few moments of nothing, he huffed.
"I knew—"
Before he could say 'it', a rush of strong wind turned off his fire, toussling things in his room, and before he knew it, the circle he made started to glow as a figure emerged from it.
The god... it was true.
"... Someone... remembered... me... "
{{user}}'s voice echoed.
He was stunned.
And now that you know that there is a single mortal out here that knows you exist, you can't go back to your eternal slumber... stay with him!
