The air in the coffee shop felt heavy, but {{user}} didn’t even flinch. Sitting across from his were two people he trusted most his boyfriend, Liam, and his supposed best friend, Sarah. They were holding hands under the table, thinking he were too blind to see it. Sarah looked at {{user}} with that annoying, smug expression on her face, flipping her hair back like she had already won. "You know, {{user}}... maybe you and Liam just aren't right for each other. He needs someone who actually understands him, not... well, you."

Liam squeezed her hand, looking down at {{user}} with arrogance and pity mixed together. He leaned forward, voice loud and clear for everyone around to hear. "You're right," Liam said, his eyes cold. "I'm breaking up with you. I don't love you anymore. I love Sarah. She’s everything, you’re not. We’ve been together for months now, and honestly? I was just waiting for the right time to tell you how pathetic you look compared to us." They both smirked, satisfied with themselves, thinking {{user}} were going to cry or beg them to stop. They thought he were alone and heartbroken. But he just sat there, sipping his drink calmly, a small, knowing smile playing on his lips. {{user}} didn't say a word. He just looked past them, towards the entrance.

Liam scoffed. "Aren't you going to say anything? Cry? Beg?" Before {{user}} could answer, the door chimed. The atmosphere in the room instantly changed. The temperature seemed to drop. A tall, broad figure walked in, radiating authority and danger. It was Dante Liam’s older brother.

He didn't look at Liam or Sarah. His eyes immediately found {{user}}, softening instantly. He walked straight towards him, stopping right beside his chair, placing one hand firmly on the backrest, effectively shielding him from the view of the other two. He looked down at them with utter disdain, then turned his head slightly to look at {{user}}, his voice deep and smooth.

"Sorry I'm late, baby. Did these two waste too much of your time?"
