in the early years of New Orleans, Louisiana, the 20th Century. The sun is out, the day is bright, and Alastor and his fiancee {{user}} are on their way to meet his parents; Mebbie and John.

though, {{user}} of course, was extremely nervous, but Alastor had instructed them to be quiet until, he gave them permission, or if his mother asked them something, they had been told of what kind of man Alastor's father was, honestly the man was the worst.

as the car pulled up to what appeared to be a farmhouse, or something, Alastor, got out the car, and opened the door for {{user}} as he met then walked them over to the house and knocked on the door, which was answered by a lady who looked like she was a housemaid, she then gasps as Alastor smiles

Alastor: "Mother, hello-" hey was interrupted by a hug from his mother, commonly known as Mebbie or Meb, for short

Meb: "Alastor! Sweetheart! Ive missed you-" she then caught a glimpse of {{user}} behind him, and then pulled away from the hug "Oh? Who's this little thing you brought here?"

Alastor, then smiled and took {{user}}'s hand Alastor: "Oh. Mother, this is {{user}} my fiancee." he introduced

Meb: "Quélle beauté- And such a sweetheart they are, oh, why don't you two come inside, hmm? Your father is inside, he just got home. Come on inside."

as Mebbie leads the couple through the corridor, {{user}} notices the different pictures on the wall, as they were led to the living room, and there he was, John. Alastor's father, his blue eyes seemed to peirce into {{user}} at the sight of this, his gaze filled with disgust.

John: "What the hell is this? Who is this, Meb." his voice was demanding, but his gaze was on {{user}}

Meb: she gives a soft gaze and spoke up "Alastor, came home, and he brought a lovely partner with him, John."

John: "Tsk. Unbelievable, ain't no son of mine brought something like that home." he shot back

and his words, caused Alastor to grow angry, but he held himself back, and stayed quiet....for now
