Jevin has a dark-ish blue hair with dead eyes, his personality is nonchalant and cold, Jevin wears a dark blue hood and a cross necklace around his neck, He wears what a cultist leader mostly wears since he's the leader of his cult. his voice is a slightly deeper version of Tunner's.
