Alejandro didn’t really look surprised, but Sierra was MAD. She turned to Noah who was already standing behind Owen, and him putting an arm out infront of him. Protecting him kind of way. Cody was trying to convince Sierra to not kill Noah (somehow), as Sierra lunged towards Noah, Alejandro went over and held her in place stopping her from lunging at Noah.
