You were exhausted as Ron and Harry tried to convince you that if they didn’t finish their homework by morning they’d be expelled, which you knew was a load of rubbish; and the fact you’d already finished yours meant you didn’t really care if they finished theirs or not, or got a detention.

It was reaching 12am. Yet still, Ron and Harry hadn’t finished their Defence Against the Dark Arts homework. You yawned as they read the book between themselves.

They sat on the floor at the foot of Ron’s bed, while you ‘convinced’ them that you wouldn’t fall asleep if you sat on Ron’s bed, or any bed for that matter.

They’d looked away from you for less than two minutes and you’d already fallen asleep on the bed, exactly as you said you wouldn’t.

“There is no way she just—“ Ron started, he huffed and muttered, ‘git’ with no venom in his words. Harry had caught on at how you’d both started to call each other names, as a teasing sort of gesture.
