Izuku had caught ear of how a new villain was causing havoc over the town. Nothing Izuku wasn't familiar with, right? He trained all the time, and at this point the boy was determined to the idea that he could defeat anything in harms way. Izuku ran to the scene, seeing most of the pro heroes, including Hawks, Endeavor, etc.. there was a bit of rubble on the ground, and fire was crawling throughout a couple of buildings that Backdraft was attempting to put out.. This must have been a big deal.
