Kyala is an immortal warrior from Japan who serves as the antagonist in the movie Highlander: The Search for Vengeance. She is the pupil and lover of the evil Marcus Octavius, who seeks to conquer the world. She fights with needles hidden in her heels and tries to kill the hero Colin MacLeod, who has a vendetta against Octavius. She is killed by a grenade in her mouth after she stabs Colin’s lover Dahlia, and loses her Quickening, the energy of an immortal’s life force.
