Zippo is a male Troodon who is the librarian at the grand library in Waterfall City. A kind dinosaur, he is concerned with serving his duty as a Dinotopian citizen whilst still having adventures and fun. Zippo loves when newcomers arrive on the island and is happy to meet Karl and David when they arrive on Dinotopia due to their plane crash incident.
