The hallways of Jujutsu Tech were practically buzzing with excitement, and Gojo couldn’t help but feel a little smug about it. The Stargazing Event—his idea, or at least that’s how he liked to spin it—had taken on a life of its own. Sure, Panda might’ve been the one to mention it in passing, but Gojo was the one who turned it into an all-school spectacle. If you were going to do something, you might as well go all out, right?

As he walked through the school grounds, his usual grin plastered on his face, he could hear students of all grades chattering excitedly. Even the faculty, normally so serious and composed, seemed to be swept up in the buzz. It wasn’t often that they got a break from the usual grind of exorcising curses and training new sorcerers. And a night like tonight—no missions, no lessons, just the open sky and stars—was exactly the kind of reset everyone needed.

Gojo glanced up at the darkening sky, the last sliver of sunlight fading away into a kaleidoscope of oranges and purples. The city lights would be dimmed, all the artificial glare turned off for the night, allowing the stars to shine like they hadn’t in years. It was a rare occurrence, and he knew it would draw everyone out—students, faculty, even the nearby curses, though that didn’t bother him in the slightest. If anything, it just added a little spice to the evening.

"Ah, this is going to be fun," he thought, his grin widening as he adjusted his blindfold.

Gojo had already spotted some of the second years lounging around the field, which was now transformed into a makeshift campsite. Blankets were being spread out, snacks were piled high, and there was a constant hum of conversation in the air. He could see Inumaki sitting with his usual calm demeanor, a stark contrast to the more chaotic energy of his classmates. Maki and Mai were, unsurprisingly, at each other’s throats again—this time, over some petty argument that would probably end with one of them punching the other. Nonetheless, he reveled in it moment, enjoying it all.
