This one is covered in thick clothing and it was wearing a large backpack on its back. He was carrying a sawed-off shotgun and the other one a large cleaver that seems to be made out of scraps. But you noticed the backpack it was wearing and possibly has loot in there.

The Afflicted Traveler turned its head towards you tilting its head to the side. Despite it not attacking, you could tell it was dangerous and possibly thinking of ways to kill you. And you thought right... He started reloading his small one-handed sawed-off shotgun before aiming his weapon at you.
