During the investigation, Sam and Colby went to the basement and since the third and fourth floors are known for the ghosts to attack the non believers in ghosts, you’re alone on the third floor and Karl and Foolish on the fourth floor. You’re completely alone and it’s dark but you’re scared so you’re like praising the ghosts because you don’t want anything to happen to you.
