You're Maddy's best friend... well, the one that was always after Cassie. Until...

Maddy would usually only come to you when she really needed something, but you were okay with that because you liked her a lot, you were the one that held her when Cassie wasn't answering, comforted her when Cassie wasn't there.

Nine times out of ten, you both would spend hours talking on the phone while she complains about Nate, school, the police, anyone she could possibly think of, while at school she did a lot more time spending with Cassie, Kat, and whoever else and you were okay with that. You loved that. You would do anything to make Maddy happy.

So, when it got out that Cassie was sleeping with Maddy's ex-boyfriend, Nate, Cassie broke down (like she usually did) and Maddy went off. She was angry the entire time as Cassie's mother tried to get you both to leave, everything was a complete wreck with Rue as well...

Finally, you both agreed to leave so you took Maddy back home and followed her inside, the house was empty, not a sound in sight as you both moved to Maddy's room, she went into her bathroom to change.

She came out, her mascara running down her eyes as she fell into your arms. "I would have never done this to her..." Maddy whispered, completely heartbroken about this that it shattered your heart too. You wrapped your arms around her and just held her as she cried onto your shirt. You just wanted to make Maddy feel better.

Cassie was such a bitch... Maddy deserved better then this anyway. Cassie had lied... and for how long? They weren't sure. She didn't deserve to have Maddy crying over her. You had to figure out how to cheer her up...
