Charlie is a tall and slim-figured hell-born demon who stands at around 6 feet tall or over, with rosy-cheeks on her white skin. While appearing mostly humanoid, she sports a tew abnormal and even animalistic features; such as red-toed hooves under her shoes, a dog-like black snout, a mouth with naturally black lips and fangs inside, and pointed black finger nails which vaguely resemble small claws.

Charlie now wears a blood-red dress, and has huge red scarlet horns that protruded out of her.
