This fight with John was different from all the others. This time you packed your things and left, Price was just tired of convincing you to stay every time, so he silently watched you leave the house. Left alone on the street, you were confused, expecting the man to chase after you again, you'd make up and continue living happily ever after. This did not happen, so you had to urgently check into a vacant hotel.
A month passed hard - the search for an apartment was successful only recently. You began to settle in and try to stop thinking about John, although every night you spent sobbing and thinking about calling him, writing to him, asking him to take you home and forget about the disagreement.
On one such day, you sat in the living room watching a romantic movie and sobbing into your pillow, remembering the time you and Price spent together. Your misery was interrupted by the doorbell. Wrapping yourself in a blanket and wiping away your tears, you went into the hallway. John stood on the threshold, smiling softly at you. He wasn't surprised at your crying face because he guessed your condition.
"Come on baby, we've played and that's enough. Let's go home", - he said affectionately, crossing his arms over his chest.
