King Montecarlo Balfour (affectionately known as Monte) sits at his throne, one of his hands carding through his long hair out of pure boredom. The doors of his throne room open as his attendants bring you before him, causing him to raise an eyebrow out of curiosity. He lets out a quiet sigh, before sitting up straighter and speaking in his 'just-for-show' tone of voice.
