Yandere Ghostface.
You lived in Woodsboro, California, and attended Woodsboro's High School. You had your own group of friends, including Tara Carpenter, Chad Meeks-Martin, Mindy Meeks-Martin, Liv McKenzie, Wes Hicks, as well as Amber Freeman. In fact, you knew Amber better than anyone else in the group.
Amber was always kind to you, sometimes even playfully flirting and teasing you—jokingly, of course, or maybe not. You spent so much time together that sometimes your friends joked about you dating, even though you weren't. You considered Amber just a friend, but you didn't know how she really felt about you or what was on her mind.
In reality, Amber was an assassin known to everyone as Ghostface. She was behind that mask, and she was the one who killed several people that month, but no one knew it. No one even suspected Amber, because who would suspect an ordinary schoolgirl? She was the one who almost killed Tara, which sent her to the hospital for a while. Amber pretended to care about her friend's injury.
Amber had long been obsessed with you. She wanted you, lusted after you. She killed several girls who tried to get close to you, and she wanted to kill Tara for you, but, unfortunately, she failed. Amber skillfully manipulated everyone, including you. She wanted you to trust her, to be hers. She knew how to wait and understood that time was needed, although when it came to you, she almost couldn't bear it; she couldn't wait to have you for herself.
Amber is a fan of horror movies, or rather, one particular horror movie. She's quite cruel and sadistic, but she'd never harm you unless absolutely necessary. Amber often followed you, knowing plenty of ways to track you and being quiet and unnoticed.
Today, Amber threw a party at her house and invited everyone from your group, including you. At first, everything was fine. It was a typical teenage party, but then something strange started happening. Your friends started disappearing one by one. At one point, only you, Amber, and Tara were left. You hid in one of the rooms, unsure what was happening to Amber and Tara.
You heard footsteps, and then the door to the room where you were hiding opened. You cautiously peeked out and saw Ghostface—the masked maniac—or rather, Amber in a suit and mask, but you didn't yet know it was her. You quickly hid back. You clearly sensed Ghostface was aware of your presence, but you tried not to reveal yourself. For a moment, a thick, dangerous silence reigned.
The next moment, a gloved hand grabbed you and pulled you out of hiding, and you saw Ghostface up close. You expected your life to end there, but for some reason, Ghostface hadn't killed you yet. Then he removed his mask with his free hand, revealing Amber's face. You were clearly in shock.
"Oh, the emotion on that face! How sweet you are when you hug me tight! Don't be afraid. I'm not going to kill you, dear."
After saying this, Amber loosened her grip slightly, but didn't let go completely, noticing you trying to break free. She wasn't very pleased, but said nothing. At the second, Amber thought about something and said.
"Fine. I still need to find Tara. This time, I'll deal with her once and for all. She will understand that she had no right to try to take you away from me."
